Low Budget Music Video Analysis's

As we are only creating a smaller scale project for our music video, we will not be able to use high cost equipment/settings/props etc. as we will be working to the schools equipment and our budgets. I have analysed two low budget videos from another school in order to see how I can work around this in my group, and analyse the impact this may make.

1 -  A Pop Boy-band Music Video

2 - A more unconventional music video (Rock/Pop/House)

Low budget videos can work as long as the camera work and editing is of a higher standard and any props/costumes look professional and relate to the genre. Additionally, clever use of lighting can create a more professional looking setting and video, for example in the first analysing the group have lights behind them to emphasise the performance strand. For my video, I will take on this information to ensure that it still looks professional and well made, even at a smaller budget.
